Terms of Service

1. Parties
This agreement is between SATORI SPA («Satori»), RUT 78.479.997-2,San Clemente 8021, Santiago de Chile, Chile, as service provider, and the registered user as consumer.
By creating an account and using Satori, the user confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service in full.
2. Service description
Satori is an online PAES preparation platform covering Mathematics M1 and M2, Reading Competence, History and Social Sciences, Biology, Physics, Chemistry and the Technical-Professional Science module. It provides learning routes, practice, assessments, flashcards and personal progress tools.
3. Registration and free access
Access to the available learning content is free. Registration does not require a payment method. An account is required to save progress within the platform. The public M1 diagnostic and two public M1 sample exams can be started without an account.
4. Billing & pricing
No charge is required to register or use the currently available learning content. This description does not change the terms of any previously purchased service.
5. Cancellation & refunds
Free platform access does not create a paid subscription.
Questions about a payment or refund can be sent to paul@satorilearning.app. Any mandatory consumer rights under Chilean law remain unaffected.
For previously purchased services, the conditions agreed at purchase continue to apply.
6. Acceptable use
- No account sharing. Each account and paid access entitlement is personal and non-transferable.
- No content extraction or redistribution of exercises, recordings, or materials by any means.
- The platform must be used for personal educational purposes only.
- Do not attempt to circumvent security systems, access other accounts, or interfere with platform operation.
Breach of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
7. Intellectual property
All platform content — including exercises, questions, class recordings, downloadable materials, graphic design, code, and brand — is the exclusive property of SATORI SPA or its licensors, protected by Chilean and international IP law.
Your paid access grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal educational purposes while that access is active. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the content.
8. Limitation of liability
Satori's total liability to you, for any reason, is capped at the amount you paid for the current Pro offer.
Satori makes no guarantee of any specific PAES score outcome. Exam performance depends on many factors outside the platform's control.
Satori is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profits, or any damage arising from inability to use the service, except as required by Chilean consumer law (Law 19.496).
9. Service availability
Satori makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
For a separate invitation-only live-class service, if a scheduled class is cancelled by the tutor, Satori will:
- Reschedule the class within a reasonable timeframe, or
- Provide participants with a recording of an equivalent class.
10. Applicable law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Chilean law, in particular Law 19.496 on Consumer Protection and Law 21.719 on Personal Data Protection. Disputes will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile, without prejudice to any rights users may have before SERNAC or other competent authorities.
