Terms of Service

1. Parties
This agreement is between Satori SpA («Satori»), RUT 76.XXX.XXX-X, Av. Providencia 1234, Santiago, Chile, as service provider, and the registered user as consumer.
By creating an account and using Satori, the user confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service in full.
2. Service description
Satori offers two monthly subscription plans:
Sync Plan
$22,000 CLP/month

Async Plan
$32,000 CLP/month
- ✓ Everything in Sync

- ✓ Priority support
3. 14-day free trial
⏱️ Important information about the trial period
- ·The free trial begins when you create your account and select a plan.
- ·On day 15, the selected plan is charged automatically via MercadoPago.
- ·You must cancel before day 15 to avoid any charge.
- ·A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
- ·You can cancel at any time from your profile in the dashboard.
4. Billing & pricing
- All prices include VAT (19%).
- Billing is monthly, renewing automatically on the same date each month.
- If payment fails, MercadoPago will retry up to 3 times. After all retries fail, access is suspended until payment is resolved.
- Any price changes will be notified by email with at least 30 days' notice.
5. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your MercadoPago account or from the profile section in your Satori dashboard. There is no minimum commitment.
Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for unused days within an already-charged period.
No refunds are issued for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, access continues until the period ends but no amount is returned.
6. Acceptable use
- No account sharing. Each subscription is personal and non-transferable.
- No content extraction or redistribution of exercises, recordings, or materials by any means.
- The platform must be used for personal educational purposes only.
- Do not attempt to circumvent security systems, access other accounts, or interfere with platform operation.
Breach of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
7. Intellectual property
All platform content — including exercises, questions, class recordings, downloadable materials, graphic design, code, and brand — is the exclusive property of Satori SpA or its licensors, protected by Chilean and international IP law.
Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal educational purposes while the subscription is active. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the content.
8. Limitation of liability
Satori's total liability to you, for any reason, is capped at the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Satori makes no guarantee of any specific PAES score outcome. Exam performance depends on many factors outside the platform's control.
Satori is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profits, or any damage arising from inability to use the service, except as required by Chilean consumer law (Law 19.496).
9. Service availability
Satori makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
If a scheduled live class is cancelled by the tutor, Satori will:
- Reschedule the class within a reasonable timeframe, or
- Provide a recording of an equivalent class (Async Plan subscribers).
10. Applicable law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Chilean law, in particular Law 19.496 on Consumer Protection and Law 21.719 on Personal Data Protection. Disputes will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile, without prejudice to any rights users may have before SERNAC or other competent authorities.
